To join the FBI Agents Association as an active SA member, download and print the Direct Deposit Sign-Up form, then complete the highlighted areas. No other information is needed.

Scan and email the form to fbiaa@fbiaa.org or fax to the FBIAA at 703-247-2175. We will then complete the enrollment process with FBIHQ.
