The SA Jeffrey Drubner Legacy Fund: In conjunction with the FBIAA Membership Assistance Fund, the Drubner Legacy Fund will provide financial assistance to the family members of FBI Special Agents who are killed as a result of adversarial action or who die in the performance of duty.
This Award for Sacrifice, paid for by the SA Jeffrey Drubner Legacy Fund, will be presented in the form of payments that will be distributed by the FBIAA to families without paperwork, delays, or other bureaucracy whatsoever.
- The family of an Agent who was killed in an Adversarial Action shall receive financial assistance in the amount of $25,000.
- The family of an Agent who has died in the Performance of Duty, which includes the family of an Agent who has died as a result of illness contracted in connection with the investigation of the terrorists attacks on September 11, 2001, shall receive financial assistance in the amount of $10,000.
- An agent who is shot and wounded during Adversarial Action and faces financial hardship, shall receive $10,000 in financial assistance.
